the smell of sauce wafts around every corner. drinks are mixed, carrots chopped, and conversations start to roll with the boiling pasta water. a group of performers from the US, Brazil, Kenya, and India is hosting a dinner––tonight at a retreat center, tomorrow in a home, next week at a festival, then at a community center, and before the weather is too warm, outside under a tree. on the table is an exploration of community storytelling and personal research practices. a highly adaptable dinner party that will invite all participants into another way of relationship.
